Penile Lengthening
By cutting through the ligament at the base of the penis, the penis is made to appear longer during penile ligament release. This causes the penis to stretch by around an inch by releasing a portion that is normally inside the body.
The “suspensory ligament,” which holds the base of the penis to the pubic bone and prevents it from protruding farther, gives the penile base area an arching angle. The ligament’s relaxation enables the internal portion of the penis to travel forward and outside of the pubic region and alters the arch’s angle, allowing the penis to be stretched even further.
