About Carpal Tunnel Decompression Surgery
Carpal Tunnel Surgery is the treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome that occurs when there is the pressure exerted on the median nerve whilst it is passing through the carpal tunnel in the wrist. This can cause the median nerve to swell and get inflamed, leading to tenderness, numbness and tingling in the hand.
