Mr Ayman Mohammad

Mr Ayman Mohammad is a Consultant Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgeon with over 15 years of international clinical and operative experience across the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and Iraq. He graduated with his MBChB from Nineveh College of Medicine, University of Mosul, before going on to build an extensive career across some of the UK’s most respected surgical centres.

Mr Mohammad holds an International Master’s Degree in Reconstructive Microsurgery from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in Spain — a highly specialised postgraduate qualification that places him among a select group of surgeons with advanced academic training in complex reconstructive techniques. He is also a Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Cosmetic Surgery (ISAPS), reflecting his commitment to the highest standards in aesthetic surgical practice.

His NHS career has taken him across leading institutions including Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London, Salford Royal Hospital — a Major Trauma Centre — The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, where he currently holds a consultant post within the Skin Cancer Service. Across these roles, he has developed specialist expertise in complex oncological reconstruction, orthoplastic and trauma surgery, burns surgery, and aesthetic procedures.

In addition to his NHS consultant work, Mr Mohammad independently delivers waiting-list reduction services across multiple NHS trusts, running high-volume clinics and performing same-day definitive reconstructions — experience that reflects both his surgical efficiency and his ability to manage complex cases with confidence.

Mr Mohammad has published research in several peer-reviewed international journals, covering topics across cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, burns, and clinical outcomes. He brings an evidence-based approach to every procedure he performs at Signature Clinic, combining his reconstructive surgical precision with a keen aesthetic eye.

Mr Mohammad performs a range of surgical and aesthetic procedures at Signature Clinic under both local and general anaesthetic, with a particular focus on facial surgery including blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), brow lift, and buccal fat removal, alongside body contouring procedures including abdominoplasty and liposuction. He also performs breast surgery, nipple reduction, areola reduction, labiaplasty, and a range of other intimate and reconstructive aesthetic procedures.

Mr Mohammad is fluent in Arabic, English, and German, and is able to offer consultations in any of these languages.
