Will Blepharoplasty change the shape of the eye?

There are many other causes of peripheral vision loss, including glaucoma, occlusions, a detached retina or a compression of the optic nerve. If you are experiencing peripheral vision loss, it is important to schedule an appointment with our eye doctor for a thorough examination and diagnosis.
How long will I need to recover?
Blepharoplasty is done on an outpatient basis. You will be able to go back home soon after your procedure, once your surgeon determines that it is safe for you to return home. As a rule of thumb, your stitches, if not self-dissolving, will be removed after 7 to 10 days. Most patients make a full recovery within one month, although recovery may take longer on occasion.
Am I too young to have lower eyelid surgery?
Bags in the lower or upper eyelids are common characteristics of an ageing face. Some patients have a genetic predisposition to these bags or have excess skin in their eyelids. These can be good candidates for the procedure.
